Japan earthquake and tsunami: How to help

From the site: Japan was hit by one of the largest earthquakes ever recorded on March 11. The magnitude-9.0 quake spawned a deadly tsunami that slammed into the nation's east coast, leaving a huge swath of devastation in its wake. Thousands of people are dead and many more are still missing or injured.

Japan has often donated when other countries have experienced disasters, such as when Hurricane Katrina impacted the United States. Below are organizations that are working on relief and recovery in the region.

Japan earthquake and tsunami: How to help

Your donation could save many lives in Japan.
Even if each person donated just a small amount money, when put together it would accumulate into a huge amount of money.
So please, just one dollar, one pound (or whatever) is fine.
Help our people in Japan!!

THANK YOU FOR YOUR KINDNESS!

Alive!

Helloooo Everyone!!

This is just to say that I'm alive and well.

Although I was in Tokyo at the time of the earthquake and because all the trains went dead it took me HOURS to get home. (When I finally arrived home it was past three in the morning)

No significant damamge at home, just a few things got broken and that was all.
Thanks a lot for being worried about me and leaving me sweet messages! ;)

Love, Saya
