If you remember, sometime ago, I created THIS POST that talked about a creepy woman found on Google Street View:

"Remember me?"

"You think all I do is just stand here...but you're wrong!"

I now regret posting such a misleading article...😱

I used to think she was a ghost or yokai... But it turns out that I was wrong. A new piece of evidence shows that SHE IS JUST A NORMAL WOMAN WHO HAPPENS TO WORSHIP SOMETHING UNUSUAL.

Be prepared for the new revelation!  ↓↓↓

Man this is even scarier...

It's probably a special utility pole endowed with supernatural powerπŸ˜†✨

Perhaps someone she knew died at that location? Similar to how crosses are placed along roadsides here in the US.
Saya_In_Underworld said…
Perhaps πŸ˜†✨

In Japan they usually place flowers and food at such places!

Not gonna lie, I'm scared of playing the video.
I think I'm good with just the photo lol

It's not scary at all. πŸ˜†⭐

I thought the woman would suddenly turn to the camera and glare at us >_<
Saya_In_Underworld said…
That would be so unrealistic and fake, and moreover, much less scary than it is nowπŸ˜†πŸŽ΅

Maybe she is just a schizophrenic homeless person or something along these lines. Schizophrenic homeless people are not that uncommon, you know?

It's like a bow of extreme apology or something.
Saya_In_Underworld said…
Apologizing to an utility pole?πŸ˜†⭐
Saya_In_Underworld said…
She could be!πŸ˜†πŸ€

Definitely on strange side. I wonder if she is asking for the utility pole to fall on someone for revenge?
Saya_In_Underworld said…
What an interesting theory!πŸ˜†πŸ’Ž✨

Perhaps πŸ˜‚

This brings more questions than answers.

Someone above said that maybe someone died at that location. If this is apology, maybe she is the one who caused that death? But it wasn't intentional and she feels so guilty that she has this need to keep going to the place of that person's death and apologizing.

@allucinator

I hope it gives you good materials for your philosophical musings πŸ˜†πŸ‘✨

@Unknown

That would be a deep background story πŸ˜†πŸ’›

This lends credence to my theory that all ghost sightings are actually just crackheads.
Saya_In_Underworld said…
How dare you say that???😱😱😱

Just because someone worships an utility pole, that doesn't mean the person is a crazy drug addict! I mean what is wrong with worshipping an utility pole? This is a country where freedom of religion is guaranteed to all🀣⭐✨
Amuletyu said…
Lol she’s probably worshipping a utility pole to protect her from power outages
Saya_In_Underworld said…
That makes a lot of sense!πŸ€£πŸ‘πŸ’Ž✨
Jack said…
Interesting. I wonder why she does this.
Saya_In_Underworld said…
I wonder if she is still there and I could go and ask her that question 🀣✨

Saya-san, it's me Vedanth.
I think something familiar to this you have posted before, a woman with a eerily creepy smile on the face on the road believed to be a ghost, who was later discovered to be a edited photo of a normal woman.

Been a while since I visited this blog. Saya-san never disappoints.

My theory on this is that she's a big fan of poles and this pole was probably her top idol xD
Saya_In_Underworld said…
Did I ever post such a thing?πŸ˜†
I don't remember it! Thank you for your comment!
Saya_In_Underworld said…
Isn't it wonderful 🀣✨

Your theory is probably correct! LOL ✨

Poles in general are special to the Japanese.

Izanagi and Izanami danced around a pole and invented something important.

Shinto shrines typically are built up around a line of poles.

A special pole in a traditional house sets off the tokunoma.
Saya_In_Underworld said…
Yeah but this is just a utility pole πŸ˜†✨

But you are so knowledgeable!πŸ‘πŸ’Ž✨
Jack said…
lol If you do, you have to let us all know what she says!

It's all fun and games until you disrespect Pole-sama.
Saya_In_Underworld said…
Exactly 🀣🀣🀣✨ Make sure you worship it every time you see one in Japan!
Saya_In_Underworld said…
Sure if she doesn't pounce on me and I can come back alive🀣✨

Kind of remind me of a story my brother told me about a friend. My brother know someone who worshipped an unusual & uncommon religion (there is no English translated name for it). He said that when he visited that person’s house, he had many different religion objects decorated throughout his home (Jesus, Buddha etc.). It was the first time I’ve heard of a religion that worshipped various deities from other religion.

Saya_In_Underworld said…
My pleasure!Thank you for commenting too! πŸ˜ŠπŸ’˜

Sure! But she can't be wearing the same clothes every day πŸ˜†✨I assume the video and photos are taken on different days.

I honestly do not know what to make of this.
But some of the comments here really cracked me up.
Behold the Pole-Sama!!!!

Interesting read, Saya-san! Thank you :)

Interesting!πŸ˜†✨I think I might have heard of some cult religion whose teaching are related to various different deities!
