Once there was a family of four, father, mother, a son and a daughter.
The father and mother had grown cold to each other in recent years and were arguing all the time.
In spite of that, the family planned to go on a holiday. But the day before the holiday began the couple had a fierce fight again. The father this time got out of control and murdered the mother.
Next morning, the father left home for the holiday with the children as if nothing had happened.
After some sight-seeing the three of them sat down to rest. Then the son looked quizzically at his father and asked; “Daddy, why have you been carrying Mommy piggyback all morning?”

I really don't get this one. Did the 'mom's corpse come alive and latch itself onto his back? Or did the ghost of the 'mom' get on the 'dad's back to make him guilty?
I guess it's like in said movie, "Shutter". The revengeful ghost of the mother is sitting on the father's back to haunt him, and he cannot see it, but the children can, because children can see such things more clearly. Pretty scary...
Best wishes, Doc S.

Weekend at Bernies?
Maybe the mum love her family so much so that even after she died, she wanna show her children how much their father loves her and his family if that make sense. Its to leave a lasting impression to the children since they are on a holiday. Just my opinion.
