Kurokami sama

What is Kurokami Sama?
It is the name of a ritual as well as of a god.*1
This ritual can be done when you have received unfair treatment, such as bullying and power harrassment*2, from others.

How to do it
1. Pull out a strand of your hair.
2. Holding the strand of your hair in your hand, intone the name of the person you want to get revenge on and what deeds this person has done to you. And say, "May my wrongs be avenged."
3. Go up to a high place like the top of a building, and say "Kurokami sama, please avenge my wrongs," and let go of the strand of the hair.

Make sure you tell no one about the ritual
There was once a girl called K who was being bullied at school. As soon as she performed the ritual, those who were bullying her met with misfortunes one by one; some had their families broken up, some fell victims to incurable disease, and others suffered severe mental breakdown. The bullying to her stopped, but one day K came across another bullying done to another girl, and she taught the girl about Kurokami sama ritual. Right after that, the fortunes of K's bullies gradually began to rise, and instead K's fortune quickly declined. K eventually disappeared. No one knows where she is now.

When is Kurokami sama active?
It is said that Kurokami sama begins to be active around two after midnight to fulfil the wish of those who seek the god's help. Kurokami sama appears in the form of "something that is covered competely by hair." If a "good person" happens to encounter Kurokami sama, it will bring luck to the person, but if a "bad person" encounters  Kurokami sama, it will bring misfortune to the person. There has been sporadic reports of sightings of Kurokami sama in Kanto region. *3

Halo saya san, i am actually your old reader. During 2017 i revisited your blog so many times, but there is no update of the blog. I'm glad you are back. And i began to catchup with your stories since two days ago, and now i'm finally here.

Welcome back.

Another great ritual. I liked the fact that beside the ritual, we get a story of K and what happens if you accidentally meet Kurokami.

Interesting reading! I don't feel the need to use it for now though, but I guess it's good to know just in case ;)

Aside from receiving instructions for the ritual from "user" to "user", how do some users know how to do the ritual?

If Kurokami-san teaches it, what are the conditions to make her appear and offer services to you? By being bullied?

SAYA NO!!! Why did you tell us about this it said not to?!

Or does it mean not to tell if you did it?

First and foremost, I just have to say this - that picture is creepy and I adore it, it just feels so ominous. Wonderful choice for this post!

That said, I do always love the ritual posts, this is no exception. I must say I like the wordplay there with "Kami"! It makes me wonder, is this Kurokami written with the kanji for god or the one for hair?
Still, thankfully I'm not being harassed in any way to have use for this ritual! But I know it is terrible and can understand why people in those situations could do it :/.

Thanks a lot for this wonderful post! Take care and stay safe

It’s not fair that the victim trying to help another victim had the ritual undone :/

is it bad that I'm tempted to try this?

Wow, this is very interesting. I also wonder what would happen if someone who is not deserving of the help asked for it (?) Thank you for sharing these stories with us, Saya!

ahhh rituals are always a classic! i feel sorry that K was only trying to help another bullied girl and got punished for it... but the punishment does seem pretty harsh. i guess to keep the ritual from being exploited..? a simple, but effective story.

ah! saya, i hope you're gonna be okay!! we all love you!

seriously though, i always enjoy this blog, it's one of my favorite horror sites. thanks for the hard work, and have a nice holiday and new year!

Hi Saya. I'm also a silent reader since 2013, I think? I was still in high school at that time and my past time was reading your blog. Really glad your backkkk. 💖 I've been checking your blog regularly these past three years and it's nice to see new entries.

Hello Saya, I’m a long time reader and a first time commenter. I had a question for you, I tried posting this before but it didn’t show up on the thread. Have you ever heard of a book called Akuma No Gishiki? Apparently The White Kimono Ritual originates from it according to a Japanese woman I messaged, and she said the ritual posted online is missing a step. Have you ever heard of/seen this book before? I tried finding it but have had no success.

I don't know if you will ever see this or not, but I just want to say that I love your blog ans the dedication you put to it, it's admirable mate. I discovered your blog last night and I can't get enough of it. Hope you never grow tired of this, and that you meet a lot of cool friends through this neat creation of yours!
My blog readers are all angels and I will never get angry with any of them XD
Thank you dear. I am happy to see your comment! I hope I can update more stories for you to enjoy in the future!
It is a little interesting ritual :D I'm glad you like it, dear.
Well I'm glad you don't feel the need to use it XD I hope it will be useful for you when the right time comes XD
Oh! Sorry I nearly gave you a heart attack!
I have heard of Hell Girl but never watched it lol
I don't know the answers to your questions XD
But the same questions popped into my head when I was translating it. lol
I have never done the ritual, so I'm safe, I guess XD
Oh yes, kami can also mean a god. You are quite right. So there is a wordplay there in the name.

Thank you very much, Gabriel, I may not hear from you again, but take care dear.
Just remember that a curse is a two-edged sword!
Yes I wonder about that too, but I'm not willing to try it and then see what happens! XD
I love you too, Gwen, thank you so much. Your warm words touch my heart.
Yes it is the same old blog, as ever XD
Thank you dear. I hope I can be a bit more active this year.
Thank you ライカ. I'm so glad to know that my blog is giving you some pleasures. I hope you are happy, wherever you are! :D
Thank you, Happy belated New Year! Thank you for commenting! I hope you are happy and well!
Hi Mark! All comments need to be checked by me first so that's why yoru comment didn't appear immediately.

No dear, unfortunately, I have never heard of the book before.
Perhaps you can ask her to send you the picture of the cover of the book? My google search didn't come up with anything.
Hi rupice dear. I think you commented before, a long time ago?
If so I'm glad to be conversing with you again.

You are very kind hearted, and I appreciate every word you wrote. I'm fine. I'm just not a very organized person, so I can't seem to handle many tasks all at once XD
But I will do my best to keep this blog updated this year.

Take care, and if there is anything I can help you with, ask me too! :D

Thank you 埴輪. But wow where did you get the name 埴輪 from? That's pretty unusual and interesting XD

You only discovered my blog this year? Then you definitely were missing something in your life! But welcome to my Underworld! I hope you enjoy your stay here!

I have already met many cool friends, and cool blog readers like you! :D Thank you so much for taking your time to leave a comment! Take care and see you again!

Will the ritual backfire if you tell someone else before you do the ritual or is it only after you have done the ritual.

SAYA said…
I’m so sorry you feel this way🥲

I think it’s really dangerous to play with this kind of stuff!

I really want you to become happy. I think the best revenge is to become happy 🥲

I will however post some posts about curse spells soon! But I would not want you to use it though.
